G.R.I.T. -GROWTH, RESILIENCE, INTENTION, TENACITY is a book series that was launched in 2021 by Jennifer Bardot who served as the compiler and publisher. The book series has successfully helped 40 women share their stories and has now supported almost 250 women sharing their stories in six anthologies of G.R.I.T. and built an association that supports women.

This incredible video set the tone for the evening celebrating 11 GRIT Authors sharing their journeys live at the 2025 Gala which Arinola was one of the chosen speakers! Other speakers include Crystal Officer, MPA, Debi Corrie, CPA, CGMA, Karen Jarrett, Esmeralda Aharon, M.A., Taryn Pulliam, Karen J. Maurer, CFP, Shannon Durio, Debbie Novak, Meredith Knopp

The event also awarded the first GRIT Awards given to women who were nominated for having GRIT – Growth, Resilience, Intention, & Tenacity and one youth GRIT recipient!
