Studies underscore the pivotal role Black immigrants play in healthcare, with over 560,000 actively engaged in the field in 2018. Remarkably, these dedicated individuals constituted 3.4 percent of all healthcare workers, a figure nearly three times their representation in the broader U.S. population.
